Shipping & Return Policies
Order TurnaroundWe will deliver your order within 7-10 (seven to ten) days of payment receipt. You will be notified by email if your product is on backorder and how long until the estimated product delivery.
Shipping DestinationsWe currently deliver orders to street addresses and Post Office Boxes in the United States, as well as AFO and FPO's. For delivery of products outside of the United States, please email captain@raidthis.com to setup up purchas and delivery.
Delivery To Different Address Than PurchaserDelivery to an address other than that of the purchaser, requires the setup of a customer account.
Shipping ChargesShipping charges are based on the choice of delivery form at checkout, and size/weight of your product. Shipping charges are not affected by items delivered in multiple boxes.
Orders Damaged In ShippingIf you believe that the order you receive is damaged for any reason, please refuse the delivery of the product, then contact our support team via email at support@raidthis.com. If you find out after the opening of the shipping container that the product is damaged, contact support@raidthis.com to obtain an RMA and instructions to mail back.
Incorrect Size or Product DeliveredContact our support team at support@raidthis.com and inform us of the problem with your order within 30 days of the original order. If the mistake is determined to be made by the Raid This! Fullfillment Team, ship the product back to us and we will gladly return the correct item at our cost. If the mistake is deemed to be the customer's, we will gladly swap to the correct item but their will be a 15% restock fee for the original product and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling of the correct item.
Product RefundsRefunds will not be provided for any product purchase. Returned products can be subject to a refund gift certificate for future purchases at Raid This! at the discretion of Raid This!/Hemmer Media Productions.
